Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also included in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key labelling various parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
